Step One
Diagnostic – Business Health
We will spend half a day with you reviewing where your business is
right now. We will develop an understanding of what is important to
you – your goals and challenges. We will examine all the elements
including how you are currently marketing your products, your access
to finance, your human resources.
We will set the priorities and gather all the information we need
to create a marketing and a business plan for you.
Step Two
Business Goals
Now that we have
some formal goals for the company, we need to share them and gain
the total and enthusiastic support of the staff.
We organise an off site company conference to detail and action plan
how the company will achieve the new goals.
An experienced Oaks facilitator will ensure positive out comes and
team agreement on how the goals are to be achieved.
Business &
Marketing Plans
We
will gather a surprising amount of the information we need to complete
the business and marketing plans at the staff team conference.
With the assistance of your Oaks Business coach, you will find that
the information we have gathered flows very easily into documents
that will remain ‘front of mind’ from here on..
Many clients comment on the sense of purpose and clarity of mind a
formal marketing and business plan give.

- Monthly Milestones
The
new system and the new company culture will need a lot of initial
energy and care if it is going to take root.
This is where you start to see measurable value from your investment
in the Oaks Business Coaching system.
This is a critical time. Your Oaks Business coach will be in constant
touch. There will be attitudes to change, if you have more than 10
staff we guarantee at least one of them will need special attention
if they are to cope with the changes.
Initially we will meet weekly on a team basis and one on one with
key staff to ensure the new company culture in taking root. New sales
and marketing strategies; new demands on delivery and production systems
new cash flow requirements.
All will require active assistance and intervention on the part of
your Oaks Business Coach.
Facilitation
Services
An
Oaks consultant will organise and facilitate a company conference
with workshops either on site or off site.
