Employment
The
first three months of employment are critical. At this time employment
is probationary. It is important that at the end of this time both
you and the new employee are in a position to make an informed decision
on whether it is going to work.
Using the original
job specification we will generate a formal set of Key Performance
Indicators with an action plan and minimum levels of skill and understanding
expected by the end of the probationary three months employment period
